Stars Swimming Before My Eyes?

Ive more than recently been having head rushes and blackouts when i get up or sit down or sometimes just turning around..Ive only a few times had bad blackouts that i fall down momentarily. also its hard to explain but stars swimming before my eyes, its like..tiny silver spots twinkling around, Anyone know what its about?
