Well i was not ban by an emby,it was a port refusal.i was however giving a refusal letter which states any?

application will be refused for a period of 1yr.well i have once previously overstayed my student visa for a period of 2yrs,taking that to account,i attempted using a forged ID to enter the uk,and yet still i was not ban for a period of 10yrs.i just want to know can i been automatically ban without my knowelge?since am about to make a geniune application after the one year ban
