Is anyone else as sick as I am of the media love affair with Obama?

You are so incredibly right -- but think of it this way -- the news media has elected him, as you say, and they all have the warm-fuzzies for him, right? What does the media do once they have put someone on an incredibly high pedestal? They knock him down and it ain't pretty! To whom much is given...Would you want people to 'idolize' you in that way? Wouldn't it be scary considering you are a mere mortal and probably won't be able to deliver? I don't envy him one iota...But I agree with you that the sticky sweet media stuff is getting really old...
