M/c 7 weeks ago, still no period. New Pregnancy?

7 weeks ago I had a natural miscarriage. I was 9 weeks pregnant but the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks. I have not gotten my period yet. How long does it usually take to get one after a m/c? Also 8 days ago I took a OPK and got a positive result [both lines same color] so my husband and I had that night. So now I am 8 dpo and have been charting my BBT and cervix and CM. My BBT is staying high, my cervix is high and soft and my CM is creamy (sry TMI I know!) So based on PERSONAL experiences only what are the chances I am pregnant? I am waiting 2 more days to test so don't tell me to just take an HPT.
