Why do people keep blaming the Credit-Crisis on, "Trickle Down Economics?"?

Hey, I dont know how the heck the crisis happened. I dont care how it happened. What I want to know is how do WE GET OUT OF IT? I just want to see people working again, and people able to afford to buy stuff again. I want to save some money on my gas bill so I can buy something! I'm tired of all my money going to the gas company! I just want to know why the gas company is kicking everyone's every month of winter!
