My son was born 4 and a half weeks early, will this affect his 11 plus standardised scoring?

He was due on March 12th but was actually born on Feb 9th. I know when scoring 11 plus exams, they standardise them giving younger children more points according to when they were born. I want to know how much his score would be affected due to being born a month early. Thanks for any help in advance!
