Sent honest letter of complaint, now I'm being shunned?

I sent an honest, well written letter of complaint against a medical doctor in a large clinic. He behaved inappropriately with me. Well, all the repercussions have been against me. I cannot obtain an appointment with my ob-gyn of many years. I made a phone call to the director of the clinic to follow up on the letter and he hung up on me. Somehow, doctors outside the clinic found out and are acting out. I was trying to help other women and being a whistle blower has been hard. I've thought of sending the letter on to the state but I'm starting to think of myself. Any thoughts?
