How can I naturally bleach my blonde hair?

I have naturally blonde hair, it's been highlighted a few times with bleach. I heard about cinnamon to naturally dye it lighter. I want it platinum blonde. But then I read that cinnamon makes it red, too. I want it platinum, no hues, no red or brown just white blonde. I read about lemon too, however i have very dry hair and definitely dont want it any drier. are there any tips? plus I'd like to get it really light in a couple of days or so, even overnight if possible.
