Which electric razor is the best?

In terms of closeness of shave, functionality (shaves well on the neck and chin, self cleaning, and etc.), and price. Price is the least important since I am looking to replace a straight razor and need the best available. I was thinking the Arcitec looked good. I've never owned an electric razor before so is it also possible to shave other parts of the body with one? (like my )
