Tune Tules for iPod HELP!!?

i recently bought the tune tools for ipod (multimedia edition) and the first day, it worked, but i had trouble recognizing my ipod. so the next day, i tried it again, and a pop up saying "there was an error loading the application:null" can someone please help me make the software work? much appreciated. Thanks
