Need help choosing Sunshine Coast Accommodation - Landmark Resort or Ocean Boulevard ...?

Have to agree with Elizabeth, any resort in Mooloolaba is nice during the day (good beach, with surf and calm waters) lots of nice restaurants and boutiques within easy walk. BUT, the Landmark does not face the water (as far as I can tell, just looks at other resorts) and Mooloolaba has a bad reputation as a place to get a good nights sleep (nightclubs, pubs etc with early morning closing times, meaning lots of louts and their drunken behaviour and noise).
