Is there any proof the Illuminati exists besides vague hints that people stretch to fit the belief?

All the "proof" i've seen is just hints in songs and signs on the dollar bill but no definitive proof with doents or quoted speakers with video to prove they said it. Can anyone show me some? because believe me i love a good conspiracy and this one is interesting if there were more solid proof. i'm not saying the proof isn't out there i'm just saying i don't think i've found "proof"
