Can this Philipino Travel Forum site be fixed?

Many of not most questions do not relate to any form of travel, and violate Yahoo Community Guidelines with no repercussions. But if a question or answer does not meet some people's Pinoy Pride agendas, they and their friends unfairly report it. Can this ever be fixed and revert to being a travel forum?
