Buying a used car...what do I need to do?

ok well this is the first time of me to buy a car that's in my name so I would wanting a little help. I live in ohio and i'm buying this car off a guy that lives in WV. I know I need to get the car turned over into my name and what not but i'm not sure how to go about this. or where I need to go. do I get the car turned into my name then get insurances then go to the DMV or what do I do...I'm so lost ...please help
