32 inch emerson flat screen tv?

i have a 32 inch emerson lcd flat screen tv and this morning it turned off by itself its gettin power cause the red standbye light is on and when i turn it on the green light turns on and blicks and it turns right back off. bought this tv less then a year ago brand new. ANY ideas on what it may be
