Is this an adderall overdose?

ok so, im a common drug abuser, i find it quite fun but recently its been getting very outa hand. today i snorted seven or eight 30mg adderall xr (i honestly cant remember the number anymore, i know it was 7 or 8) my heart has been beating really hard and my breathing seems to be very hard as well. Everything feels like up could be down and down could be up, all of my senses seem very out of whack, am i overdosing? i can not tell whether i should call myself and ambulance or not.
