How do I get rid of these red bumps on my head?

I have these red bumps on my head that I can't tell if they're acnes, pimples, or some other sort of inflammatory disease. They aren't white or black and not all of them can be popped. Does anyone know what sorta medication to use? I usually can't tell the difference between acne wash and cleansing foam. Lastly, what are the holes in the face called which curve inward?
